SUMMER RATES (April 13 - October 1) Sunday - Thursday (3 bdrm villa)$250(US) p/night Friday & Saturday $300.00 (US) p/night *3 night minimum ($25 less p/night for 2 bedroom villa) Weekly rate: $1,600.00 (3 bedroom villa) $1,450.00 (2 bedroom villa) HOLIDAY RATES: $400/night Memorial Weekend 4th of July Labor Day Weekend *Holiday rates are the same for both villas

WINTER RATES (October 1 - April 12) Sunday - Thursday $200(US) p/night Friday & Saturday $225(US) p/night * 3 night minimum ($25 less p/night for 2 bedroom villa) Winter weekly rates - 10% discount

BOOKINGS 20% discount on monthly rentals. No pets. No smoking. One time cleaning fee of $125.00 (3bdrm villa) or $100 (2 bdrm villa). Signature of rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age. 6 person occupancy. $400.00 security deposit is required 30 days prior to check in date (no credit cards will be accepted for security deposit). 50% rental rate due at booking (credit card, cash, check or cashiers check) 50% rental rate balance is due 30 days prior to check in date. Detached garage for boat is available for an additional fee of $25.00 p/night. (12'x30') Complimentary for weekly renters. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
